How to get the most out of the Grand Stade?

With its ultramodern design and technology, unique in Europe, the Grand Stade also boasts a groundbreaking commerce for all transactions inside the stadium. No more need for cash and all those coins at the food and drink counters. The new stadium will be (from Autumn 2012) 100% cash free. How? Thanks to the 'carte monétique' (cash card).

What is a carte monétique?
Free of charge, it allows you to make all your purchases at the 40 food and drink counters inside the Grand Stade. There are two types of cards: Pre-paid and rechargeable.

What are the benefits?
- Faster transactions so less queues at the food and drink counters.
- Comfort and security (no need to bring cash to the ground).
- Monitor your account directly via the internet.

Where to get one?
Cards will soon be available at the 20 distributers both outside and inside the Grand Stade. Not that the LOSC season ticket (Black Card) is rechargeable and replaces the need for a separate carte monétique.

How to recharge the card?
You can purchase with a credit card (or with cash inside the Grand Stade) a €10 or €25 card. Then you just need to activate the card to start purchasing
You can also take a rechargeable card that you must charge with a minimum of €10 for the initial recharging. You can then recharge your card from as little as €5 and up to €150.

You can recharge your card at the appropriate kiosks at the Grand Stade or by visiting with you carte monétique or your LOSC White, Red or Black members cards.

Why must I identify the card?
When you first get your carte monétique, the card is not associated to you. To activate your card, you must visit and enter your personal details.
You can then start earning loyalty points and benefitting from discounts and advantages at the food and drink counters as well as the LOSC Shop.
If you lose your card, transfer your account to a new card and deactivate the old card.
